Amber Brinkley is a seasoned communications strategist with nearly three decades of experience helping organizations tell their stories, strengthen their brands, and build meaningful community connections. As Principal of Kippen Communications, Brinkley has led public relations, branding, and stakeholder engagement strategies for clients across industries — from investment banking and real estate development to arts, education, and philanthropy.
Brinkley brings her communications expertise to causes that strengthen the community, serving as Communications Chair for Laura Hine’s 2020 School Board campaign and as Campaign Manager for her 2024 re-election, both successful efforts to advance strong public education in Pinellas County. She currently serves as Board Chair for The Studio@620, a cornerstone of St. Petersburg’s arts and cultural community, and has previously held leadership roles as SAC Secretary for Northeast High School and Founding Chair of the Coffee Pot Turkey Trot 5K, which has become a cherished neighborhood tradition.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Brinkley is a proud parent of two children who have thrived in Pinellas County public schools.
